Complaints, Compliments And Suggestions

T.P Properties’ primary driver is to deliver a quality housing service, to brief, time and budget.  We value feedback from all of our partners whether this concerns a comment, complaint or compliment.  We believe that together we can improve matters. 

All complaints received will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, but will be managed promptly, reasonably, competently and in a non-discriminatory fashion.  It may be necessary to take into account the Equal Opportunity Policy.

In the event of a complaint ideally T.P Properties will be able to solve any difficulty swiftly and without any need to resort to the formal complaints procedure.  However, if you feel that your complaint has not been adequately resolved at this stage and you would like to make a formal complaint, please make contact with us.
