T.P Properties (TPP) are dedicated to protecting the privacy of TPP website users.  This policy provides detailed information on how we at TPP will handle and treat your personal data.  If you have any questions relating to your personal data then please contact us.

What information does TPP collect?

At times you may be asked to contribute certain information/case studies to our site.  Should you do this, we at TPP will publish such information on our site in agreement with the authority that you confer to us.  As detailed earlier, your privacy rights will not be affected, and we will not without your consent share your personal information to any third parties.

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

TPP will store all the personal data that you provide on our secure servers.  Please bear in mind that although we endeavour to protect you data, various issues with ongoing internet hackers, cannot always guarantee 100% protection.

An exception to this as previously provided in this policy, TPP will not provide your information to third parties.

At times, it becomes inevitable that we update and adapt the privacy statement.  We may update this due to changes within the law or because various points in policy have become obsolete.  It is therefore essential that you ensure that you are happy with the changes that are made before accepting or complying with them.  Changes made by TPP may be sent to you via email.

Your rights

You have a right to access the personal information that is held about you.  To obtain a copy of the personal information TPP holds about you, please write to us at the following address enclosing your postal details, a photocopy of your passport or driving licence (if you do not have either of these then please send another form of identification that has been countersigned by your doctor confirming your identity) and a cheque for £10.00, which we are entitled by law to charge, payable to TPP:
